Ranks Announcement

So far except the officers, there was no ranking, either promoting either demoting.

From now on this is going to change:

• Members' involvement to guild activities
  
• Helping in guild chat, when other members ask questions
  
• Teamplayer, and showing devotion to the guild
  
• Helping when near, in ganking situations
  
• Donating on time for the guild city needs

Those will be the standars for a member to be promoted.

Demotes will be carried out at any non accepted behaviour from a member, and last demote will be kick out of guild, if things go wrong.

p.s. you will probably notice some members been ranked Phalanx, those members were the first 10 members that joined the guild and are given that rank in advance due to that.
